1. Course Cancellation

• If a course is canceled by the institute due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
• If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must do so within 2 days of registration for any refund consideration.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will only be processed if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment and before the course has started.
• Once the course has commenced or materials have been accessed/downloaded, no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Process

• All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method only.
• Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
